Hanieh is a Registered Psychotherapist who specializes in trauma support. She works with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, ADHD, and relationship challenges. She also supports women experiencing sexual dysfunctions. Hanieh creates a safe, inclusive space where people can explore their emotions, build stronger connections, and work toward meaningful change. Her approach is rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and blends techniques from CBT, DBT, solution-focused, and psychodynamic therapies. When helpful, she incorporates Virtual Reality (VR) to enhance the therapy experience. She holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and brings over a decade of clinical experience to her role. She is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and has completed advanced training in EFT, DBT, sex therapy, and other integrative approaches. Mandy is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), holding a Master of Social Work from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She has extensive clinical experience supporting children, adolescents, individuals, families, hospital settings and schools.

Using strengths-based, narrative, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) approaches, Mandy provides personalized care for concerns such as anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and life transitions.
